Mentoring is a unique process that aims to assist the student in his/her overall development. The mentor is expert in his/her domain and assist students to overcome difficulties in which he/she is expert in.

- � You don�t have to follow the same path as your mentor, but finding out what they did, why they did it and what are the results they achieved can help you make informed decisions.
The Mentor will look at working with the student to address key areas. Mentor help and encourage the students to become achievers in all aspects of life.
