Traineeship

This process is IAER�s core methodology and is responsible for converting performance skills into professional abilities. Here students are placed as a trainee with reputed organizations, where they can apply and practice the skills they acquired during the delivery process. This helps students develop hands on skills in addition to acquiring industry experience..

The students� professional proficiency is assessed through various academic and non academic task like , the workshop tasks, internal assessment module projects and end term tests which aim to assess his/ her conceptual clarity, subject knowledge and application in various academic problems/ situations.

Internships/Traineeship

It constitutes an integral part of the IAER�S curriculum and is valued for their relevance in every field of Education. Internship/Traineeship is positioned between the first and the final year of the IAER programs. During the course work, the students are placed in different organizations for a specific period on a specific assignment to have a realistic view of a corporate/industry work environment.

The process consists of training the students, the individual profile of the students are matched with available opportunities, placing them on traineeship and supporting them to perform in the corporate / industry work environment. The students are regularly assess to provide relevant feedback for their future growth in the industry.
